The person talking to him asked him what he was doing and he said he was with a group of people and they were there to protect that business, he also had a first aid bag on him and he referenced that much more than his rifle. He said people were getting injured by thrown objects, glass, falls, etc... he wanted to help anyone if they were hurt. In regards to crossing state lines, the town center square of Kenosha, WI is 6 miles from the Illinois boarder.

Some young EMTs take the whole oath responsibility to render aid way too literally. Had one young EMT thought he was going to strap his oxygen bottle kit to the hose rack on a brush rig I was in charge of. He said it was his duty to render aid at any time, I said not with an oxygen bottle striped on top a rig responding to wildfires.

Well how the narative changes..Not helping break up a fight, Girlfriend called cops on him. HE admitted to having a knife. Yes was tazed and still resisted. A or more than one witness admits hearing cops yell drop the knife as he was not getting into car, BUT reaching where the knife was found.
