Why was a 17 yo out of state kid there with a rifle? Won't know until more info becomes available but until then....... Does he have parents? One or both? Did he lie to his parent(s)? Do his parent(s) care what he is doing? Did his parent(s) condone his plan of being there? hard to imagine. The list could go on but there are some parents that do not have control of their older children. We will see in time.
I have 0 clue if it's related, but in one of the videos the kid does ask someone if they need medical attention (I don't think he was wearing the gloves at that point, but could be wrong). Could be for fingerprints, could be for helping people. Who knows.
I'm changing my initial review to F that guy, I only saw the short video and no other info, now that some details about a knife have come out, I understand why the officers kept their distance initially.
Since Brown shooting I don't say a word until I see all the facts and both sides, because you just look foolish when you pick a side and are wrong. Gary
I just simply saw what everyone else did. when you walk away from police and ignore demands and then go into your car head first....you get shot. I stand by that from the first time I saw it. it's that simple.
I don't know about you guys, but every time I watch a 30 second video of an incident I immediately become a trained police officer and know exactly what I would do in that situation.
how about hiring an all black police force? if it's all race based then that should solve the problem in these predominantly black cities...right? And, where is the outcry from the feminists? the guy has had multiple domestic violence convictions and 2 sexual assault convictions.. oh wait, he was probably a born again Christian and has turned his life around... Turns out they knew he had a Warrant. he stole someone's keys. They told him he was under arrest. He fought with the police. A taser would not work. And then he reached inside of its car where there just happens to be a weapon on the floorboard and was shot. End of story.
I am just done, no more excuses last night in Minneapolis they released video footage right away to show it was a suicide and it did not matter still looting, arson, riots. This can not be tolerated.
Some NBA players want to go to the mat over this and not play in order to protest the shooting. GMAFB.
I think it would be even more powerful if that group came out and went against the norm and actually stated they understood why he was shot.
