I want to get out for the late deer archery season in PA, but I need to take the hunter/trapper education course before I can get tags. PA Game Commision says no new classes until next spring!!! I really want to get out this season. Please anyone help! Mac
PP&E - Proper Planning & Equipment. Does PA have an apprentice exemption card like other states? Maybe you could buddy up with someone else and still get to hunt.
Haven't heard of it, but then again I have no idea. I will ask some seasoned vets around here. Anybody know offhand? Mac
