Hi! So I just started hunting this year. We bought a Xbow so we could start the season when it opened. Someone gave us another Xbow BUT it needs to be restrung and some TLC. Only problem is, there's no marking on it other than "crossbow" on both sides of the single bar where the strings attach. Not sure the poundage or anything of this Xbow. My son and I would greatly appreciate any and all help. Ty!!

No offense, but not knowing anything about that CB, I wouldn't hunt with it. My opinion is worth what you paid for it.

Yeah that looks like nothing on the market here, does not look like a hunting crossbow. I would bet most bow shops would not touch it. That being said try a google image search you might find some information.

It's a traditional style crossbow. So you could call a string builder and tell him what you have. He will most likely ask for a measurement. For traditional bows you measure from tip to tip of limbs and subtract 3-4 inches that is your AMO/ string length. It will be cheap for a string on that. Might be worth getting a couple sizes and check the brace height. But since you have no specs, it could be dangerous, alot of energy in those limbs My guess on draw weight would be between 75-125 lbs.
