I just received a covert mpe5 and I need a little help setting it up! I can't seem to bring up the menu to setup the camera! I have the selector switch in the setup position. Is this wrong?

You have to have a SD card in the camera

Yep, I had the same problem for mine until I looked in the instruction booklet. You'll love it by the way!

I have a sd card in it! But the card has some pictures already on it. Will that affect it? I stole it from my camera

If a card is in and batteries are in and you turn in too setup it should turn on

It is only going to display one thing at a time given it's simplistic design (me personally I love mine and own 3), however it does need a read through of directions for set up to be clearer.
