help scoring/ aging this deer

    hey guys. was wondering if you guys could help me score and age this buck. just shot him this morning

    Not being a smarta$$ so hope you don't take it that way, but you have 9/10 of the process done. You have the antlers and jaw.

    and taxidermist, if you took him to one, should be able to give you the lower jaw back, or you can pull one of the front lower incisors and send it in to have a cementum aging done

    They'll give you the exact age no guessing by wear.

    They are all halfs.. deer born this year are 5-6 months old and last years are 1.5 and so on. ;)
