ok, this is second year hunting this farm and im still at a loss of where to set stand locations...i have a hang on and a climber to use....so any help would be great. I have trail cameras up and know where the young bucks are coming too, but the 8 pt in the area has changed his route rather quickly and isnt coming frequenting the apple tree anymore....

I would set up in either corner of that finger in the middle that runs out in the field. It looks like a great funnel/staging area. I have always had good luck with a spot very similar to that back home.

Are there any Topo Maps of this area? I see the farmer is "stripping" his crops. This is often done to help with erosion on steep grades. Is that the case here?

there are only a few places that get bad if get alot of rain....one is there the upper apple tree is and the other is the section where the "finger" is....they are only places that get standing water and does not drain well otherwise everything is good...no real steep grades at all just bad drainage....ive set a camera up before in the area where the finger is and only got minimal activity there...couple and and one 2.5yr buck that would come thru...the doe seem to use the field on the left and the apple tree on the eat end...as far as the bucks go i can not pattern them at all...they show up on every camera i have set up..all except the big 8 that ive caught once on camera....no idea where he has gone too when he is the biggest in area as of now....also this year the farmer planted corn and hay as far as i know and lots of hay...most his fields are hay or not even planted...the west field is not planted nor is the "finger" area...
