    ROFL!!!

I have made my decision!...... I think :o

The Optima is a seriously nice ML .... The Ruger SBH is a seriously nice handgun...

Ruger .44 mag Super Blackhawk Hunter - $495

    CVA Accura V2 .50 cal w/ RT APG Thumbhole - $459

    for a total of $954

OR a T/C encore Pro Hunter XT for about the same price .....

What would YOU do? .. lol 2 is better than 1 IMO ;)

You already know my thoughts, but for the sake of everybody else out there. The Encore is one of the best things I have ever bought. The accuracy and versatility is amazing. Plus the gun is light and very comfortable to shoot.

When I had a pistol and took it hunting, I never used it, I always chose the long gun over it. Also, pistols need to be shot a lot to be comfortable and accurate, and I know you! JMHO.

Yeah, at least I sell the bows. I can't ever see buying a gun and selling it. Need a (bigger) safe.

Went to Gander to buy a Ruger SBH Hunter ... they don't have one, (didn't expect them to) but the thing that bothered me was the guy behind the counter acted like I was putting him out ,,, I asked him to order one for me ... he goes to their catalog and says, "our supplier is out of them" .. so I say, can you order one and how much would it be....and he says, "well .... let see, the MSRP is $805 ...we would be a little less than that." So I say, about how much...and he says "$800 ... I laughed and told him they are over $150 cheaper everywhere else ... he just looked at me ... I had to leave .... I really have a bad taste in my mouth with those guys .....

anyone wanna buy $280 in Gander Mountain gift cards? :hater:

Buffalo Gun Center is the best for purchasing firearms locally. I have purchased a handful of guns and a couple barrels for my Encore from BGC and they are excellent. I know you have the GM card, but if you could sell it...

GM has been pissing off a lot of people, myself included. they never put prices on more than half of their product and they have lied to me about when they were getting stuff in. Two years ago, they told me every week for 6 weeks that they were going to get a shipment "in a couple days" that never came in until after shotgun season!! They dodged a bullet by Bass Pro not coming here...
