Got a picture of this buck and I was wanting to see what my guesstimate was compared to everyone elses. It's not the best angle in the world but give it your best shot. Thanks!

Here's another picture of a buck that has a lot of promise that made it through the season. I'm pretty sure I saw this buck a few times throughout the year.

The first one might be 3.5 but I don't think it's any older. Those crab-claws he's sporting will really be much more pronounced next season.

I would vote 3.5 but I suck at this game.

Are these the same buck? The 1st picture the buck looks real old to me. The 2nd one not so much.

No, they're different bucks. I was thinking the first one was 4.5/5.5. The second pic is of another nice deer that is younger that has a lot of potential and is around 2.5 at my best guess.

The angle of the pic makes it a little hard to guess, since you can not see how big his shoulders are. I think he is 3 1/2, I dont see the sway back or the sagging belly you usually see from 4 1/2 on. Should be a nice buck to go after this year, good luck!

I am not extremely good at the age game either, but the 1st buck has some VERY good mass at his bases and a HUGE body, especially for the winter time after the rut. He will be a slammer next year for sure. I think he's a 4.5.

The second one looks young, like a stud 2.5. Both are great deer with potential. I would be excited to hunt them.

I am really new at this so take it with a grain of salt but the first one, as soon as I saw it I thought 3 year old maybe 3.5. The second one is a shot in the dark for me period but 2 maybe a little older.
