Am I missing out on some delacity that I don't knoe about? How do you prepare muskrat? How many people would 7 rats feed? Is this a good deal? How do I know they are fresh? They swim in the water, but is it a moral/ethical problem to eat them during lent?
7 rats would feed the whole world.... because no one would eat them. Why would you even consider eating something whose name is RAT. That meat guy on TV... I forget the name of the show... but it's something like kill em and grill 'em. He served some up last week. Even so... you won't find this boy eating any. I trapped them all my youth and skinned the stinky critters... and not once did we consider eating one.

Only in a survival situation would I even consider eating one I have trapped skinned and stretched literally thousands of the little buggers, they stink,,,,not fer this ole Boy :p
