As previously stated, you make the younger generation look pitiful, myself included. An at like this is why 'we' have such a hard time finding property to hunt. Granted, I can't afford a lease, but I work for 4 people on a weekly basis that let me hunt and fish in return for no pay. That's priceless. Get yourself together. Better yet, stop hunting, start working and learn the concept of responsibilities.

I need 157 acres in Iowa. Go fund me before I work until I can't walk without a cane and can actually enjoy the woods. Go fund me about $50,000.
Might as well ask for enough to pay for the whole thing, hell what about a cabin, tractor, 4 wheelers, shed and other hunting related items to be all set up. How about $750,000 yeah I think that would be better
