OKay....I see you're in the military Trey....and have been for quite sometime. I myself did not serve, but judging off of my friends who have I find it astonishing that you do by this request??? Even more astonishing, you hold this mindset of "give me, give me, give me."

I tell you what, I'll help fund your project when you grow a pair of cohones and request from one of your commanding officers for a free handout for this fund. Let me know how that goes...

Let me enlighten you to some truths in this life:

#1 No matter what the liberal media, government and current president tell you, YOU DESERVE NOTHING. As a man you only earn everything you have. That is gained through work, actions, thoughts put to actions and your character. All those things lead to having things both tangible and not.

#2 We've all experience ****ty situations....not able to pay bills, afford our wants or unplanned expenses....however IT IS NEVER right for anyone to just ask for a handout. Everything given like stated is earned...you are owed nothing. Adversity is perhaps the greatest sharpening tool for a man, but it is up to you to pick yourself up and trudge through.

#3 Your legacy is something you can only build once...and right now I'm guessing your's needs some serious work with actions like this.

Trust me I'm not saying this to you because I'm a saint...I know the man that looks back in the mirror each day at me and he needs some serious work...I'm saying this to you because like times in my life you need to be told off honestly.

Time to grow up Trey, it sucks, honestly it does.

**Also, while the start has been rough. Stick around, earn guys trust here and enjoy archery with us! You'd be surprised how awesome a collection of folks call this place home on the internet, and can become some of the greatest resources for hunting or archery you can imagine. Also a 10 year old bow like you claim you have, ain't the oldest bow still used by some killers I know on this website.

Trey, I hunt with a ~15 year old bow. I want a new bow also but have other things that are more important to spend my money on. Hopefully I will have one next summer but for the time being making the most of what I have. The bow kills just fine.

For sure. I bought a new bow this summer. Before that, I used a bow for 11 years and it was well used when I bought it.

These go fund me accounts just piss me off, give me, give me, give me, that's what this country has come to for the most part. Go earn it you lazy SOB. I worked 2 jobs when I started out and if I didn't have the money, I didn't buy it. Work work and more work it's how you get $hit in life, unless you win the lotto

I understand where you are coming from but also see the benefits for this type of set up if used the way it was intended or at least how I hope it was intended. Some one is having serious medical issues, child has some type of disease or someone has a disaster and they are trying to raise money for a good cause not just because some d bag wants a bow or a gun or go on F N vacation.

With Obummercare I thought that everyone is supposed to have affordable health insurance, so aren't you just supposed to come up the deductible? Natural disasters again insurance if you don't have it you made some bad life decisions.
