Just switched it up from the NAP Hellrazors to the Slick Trick Grizz Trick 2 bh's. My bow is tuned good to the Hellrazors. Should I have to 'test' the Sick Tricks to make sure they are hitting where they need to be? Going to give these things a try. Heard so many good things about them. Thanks to all for the help.

Any time that I ever switch broadheads I make sure they are going to hit where I'm aiming. I'd definitely shoot them before just taking them hunting.

Its imperative that you shoot them. Chances are they will shoot fine, but its not worth finding out on an animal first. Do the deer a favor and shoot them.

Shoot them. Confidence is a huge thing when bow hunting.

I finally did. It was shooting a few inches low. Good advise everyone. Thanks again. I bought the pack that has 4 heads in it. So I am losing much by testing the broadhead.

slick trick blades are thick enough that they sharpen up nice. touch them up and it'll be fine.

I'm a slick trick shooter, tried the Grizz 2'S and they made too much noise in flight
I shot my deer last year with the Razor Trick and love em, solid head, quiet in flight, try a pack
I'm also going afield this year with 125gr Razor Tricks again

I shot the grizz 2s for a year and I liked them, I did switch to the 125 magnums last yr and that's what I've been using again this season, and I love those broadheads. Shooting a heavier arrow like the FMJ 340s there wasn't enough Weight up front. Shooting 100 gr. fieldtips was fine but the 125 gr BHs grouped way better than the 100 gr. BHs. I have a few 100 gr magnums left and I'm gunna set up my next arrows with 50 gr brass HIT inserts for the FMJs and see how that goes.

I shoot every broadhead I have before hunting with it.

+1 on slik's I use mag's on deer and standard on elk.

switched from muzzy's for the durability. no more bending ferrulle's and easily sharpened

Always shoot a (new) broadhead off and on throughout the season. Only way you will know for sure.

Just shoot one of them to practice with and keep the other 3 as hunting heads..or even 2 n 2
