I know that they make the tapes that you can buy and sight in with but if your like me and want to make your own try this. I went to Staples and bought the tape that goes in a label maker. The one I bought that works very well is Brother TZE-211. It is perfect and you get 130 ft for about $13.00. I hope this helps someone.<br />

Cool but if you call HHA they'll send you the tapes for free.

    Really. That sucks.
I may have offered to buy the tape and they just sent a kit. Shouldn't have make your own though.

Tell them if you have to go back to a dealer your getting rid of it. If they designed them to need these tapes then they should provide them. IMO.

I would find that unusual for HHA. I had a problem with a sight I had purchased online. I called the company and the owner answered the phone. After a short conversation with him, he offered to send me a brand new sight at no charge. He seemed willing to do whatever it took to make me happy.

    Blessings......Pastorjim

Never had an issue with them at all, only called them one for a small problem of my own doing, they took care of me right away.

It is not a problem. I think I like marking my own stuff anyway. I have three sights and am always tinkering. It could get pricey using that method.

I made my own tapes for years...they work just as well. The only thing the factory tapes do better is in the looks department..

I make mine with archers advantage. Print the marks onto file folder labels.

The only real issue is the color marks will run if they get wet so you either need to go with black or seal the tape. It's nice to have 1 yard marks as well.

This tape was for my sons bow.

Not a great pic but you can see where I made a pointer and mounted a tape on the side. This allows me to use archers advantage without compensating for the arc. Then I use this tape to make marks on the front (arc side) then I adjust speed in program until it matches marks.
