I'm starting to get into video my hunts ad already have had success with a go pro the past spring. I have filmed with a Kodiak play sport and it just doesn't do it for me. So I am stepping it up a bit and trying to keep it under $500. The play sport would end up probably being 3rd angle cam.I already have good go pro accessories. Sounds like a good start to me. Buy what you can afford and upgrade as funds allow. The controller and mic are no brainers IMO.
