I'd like to help my dad get a Rio and have been looking at Kansas. We went to Nebraska for Merriams last year and were successful on public land but Kansas has only a fraction of the public land Nebraska does, so I'm thinking an outfitter may be our best bet. He'd be hunting with a shotgun. Anyone have any outfitter recommendations? Or is there a better option than Kansas for Rios?

Texas lol.... All depends on what part of the state you will be hunting. I know of KS public land that has good turkey and never sees a turkey hunter.....
