So I recently got access to some friends land that he’s letting me hunt and it’s beautiful property with lots of sign, and lots of acorns. The only problem is the whole Forrest is oaks. How do I go about narrowing my spots. I have two spots near the transition line where there is tons of sign but no luck so far. Any advice appreciated. [IMG]

Best bet would be to find where they are bedding and find the best producing oaks close to bedding

The spot in pink looks like an old thicket. If it is there will be bedding. Red dots possible stand sights with the winds noted in blue.[IMG]
