Just wanting to intro myself. I have been hunting for about 11 years now and im orig. for the State of Indiana. I usually don’t do the forum thing but there seems to be some good things going on here so I will give it a try. I'm currently on my 2nd tour to Iraq as a 11B (infantry) with the 25th ID out of Schofield Brrks Hawaii. I am leaving the service after this tour ends which is here very soon and will be returning home to Indiana for good. It looks like i will get home a few days after opening day so I will get to hunt the entire season minus about 4 days.

Thank y'all for the support im just really ready for it to be done ya know...I got a question for y'all though whats the deal with the hunting contest and the teams how does this work? Do you just get put on a random team and hunt in your state or do you and the team all have to meet and hunt togather? B/c if i can get in the contest and hunt my spots at home im all about that sounds like a dang good time.

x2, thanks very much for your service.

Welcome to the site... There are definitely good people here, just make sure you quickly identify the ones who you shouldn't take too seriously ;). Kidding aside, welcome to one of the very few good forums out there...Hoosiers!!! :tu:
