Hello to everyone in the bowhunting.com community. I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and found bow hunt or die to binge on while I am stuck in my chair. I'm 44 and just got back into hunting 2 years ago after about 25 years of not hunting. I'm sure I will get a lot of good info off here. Last year got my first deer with a bow which is a small 11 point.

Hi yes Fredericksburg is eastern in the middle between DC and Richmond. Bow only.I have hunted some of the milatary bases and have made some trips to the GW Nat Forest (bear)most of the time I hunt my area/ subdivision I have 24 acres and get several shot opertunities every year. I let small bucks walk QDM. last year shot one doe passed 10 little bucks 20 yds or closer. If work did not get in the way I would hunt every day of the season lol
I would be in the woods everyday too if I could lol. I lucked out where I work has some land I can now hunt on so I can run out to my blind if I get off early enough. That's actually where I got my first buck ever with a bow.
