Hello all, I'm just getting into Bow hunting. Last year was my first year and unfortunately I was unable to close the deal on more deer than I'd care to admit. I've rifle hunted all my life but only recently got the bug for bow hunting. My family owns an Apple farm and we have quite a few large mature shooter Buck's. I didn't go crazy on my first bow I'm shooting a Bowtech at 65 pounds and a Carbon Express arrow with a lume nock and tipped with a fixed blade G3. I'm having some trouble remembering my mechanics when I've got a nice one in front of me. I'm embarrassed to say I had to tape a note to the inside of my riser that says. " look threw your peep sight" yeah, that's a long story. But I'm learning. I take my daughter out with me during rifle season and she loves every minute of our time in the tree stand. I'm glad I found this sight and ill stop bye now and again, just wanted to introduce myself. Thanks
Hey - I'm from upstate too, near the Capital District. I hunt in the Adirondacks and also in Otsego county.
