Hello, after a good while off from hunting with a compound I picked one back up. Two seasons under my belt and was as to take my best buck to date this year and harvest a doe the second day in the woods. I shoot 3d also mainly for fun and for the practice. I hunt mostly with my son and my dad. My son is 18, I am 43. Been a good season in the woods this year, 2 with my bow and 2 during shotgun season. Only hunted from 11/6/2013 to 12/2/2013 tagged out and blessed to do so. Due to my job I missed opening day and first month of the season. I have been hunting since I was 8 and used a crossbow for a while and I am so glad I got back into archery and enjoy shooting as much as I can. I did take ten years off from deer hunting and I wish I hadn't. I missed it. Sooo glad to be back at it! Jim
