Hi guys. I'm new to bowhunting but not new to hunting. been rifle hunting since i was little. i picked up muzzeloading a couple years ago. this year i decided to pick up bow hunting. our club has a couple bow only properties and i like new challenges so it seemed like a great fit. I didnt realize how addictive it can be though! I look forward to learning more while im here and continually getting better!
I'm in huntsville as well. I joined up this year with Alabama Woods and Water. We have property in Winston, Morgan, Marion counties.
Not sure yet but I'd love to. we are trying to find some land to lease up in TN since we have a lot of members from N AL. I know a couple different guys who hunt up in S IL but i havent been invited yet lol. Thanks. I have some family down in Enterprise. I'm also hoping to get down and do some hog hunting at Ft Rucker this year.
Hog population is still nuts on post, they did a lot of trapping earlier this year but didn't seem to slim it down too much Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk 2
yeah i read an article in outdoor alabama and they said that they were waiving all hunting fees and everything. they just want people to come down and shoot as many as they can. and if there are as many as they are saying, stalk hunting shouldnt be too hard. i just have to find time to get down there!
Welcome , we share your addiction, this is our therapy, help us help you, I'm just up the road from you in Tennessee, work down in Madison reguler tho, always wanted to hunt down in that area, plenty of deer & coyotes.

TN is like every where else, already tied up & no body wants to give up any dirt, surley in AL with all the deer & liberal season thers an available lease close to Huntsville. Just guess'n tho.
eh madison county doesnt have much. Jackson county is where you want to be but like tn nobody is going to give up anything. there are a lot of clubs over there that practice QDM and they turn out some monsters over there.
