I'm new to archery and trying to get into it more, especially bow hunting. Just got my first bow this week and ready to put some miles on it. If any of you advanced archers in the Las Vegas or surrounding area are willing to share your knowledge and time, it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have much knowledge of Vegas, but I'm up in Elko county.

Welcome to the forum from CA. I don't have any experience hunting in Nevada let alone the Vegas area but for the west in general I may have some tips. Obviously down there water is probably key and deer may travel some longer distances to find it. It's hot here and deer will find there way to it somehow. I've also watched a lot of SOLO HNTR on Youtube and those guys do quite a bit of western hunting and a fair amount in Nevada but I think it's a bit more north in the state. Anyway I'd check them out. You might not get a ton of information but they're great hunters and very entertaining to watch. They're also on Amazon Prime if you have it. Best of luck!
