Hello everyone as you can see I am new to the site and also to the vast world of bow hunting. Looking to set myself up completely here in about a month or so. Looking at the new mission ballistic from mission bows. Was wondering what the must have would be for a new guy like me might be. Have shot recurve in the past but never at anything but paper. Welcome! I have family on the other side (Missoula). As for gear recommendations, I would say visiting a local pro shop and tell them what you're looking for and get your hands on as many bows as possible. Everyone has their own personal preference, and we all shoot differently, so you really should go with the setup that feels best to YOU. If you have general gear questions, feel free to ask in the various forums. We have some really knowledgeable people here.
