Everyone, My name is Matt and I hail from Orange County in central North Carolina. I've used the site quite a bit, and have only recently ventured into the forum - mostly because I figured I'd give the 2012 Deer Contest a go. This year will be my second as a bowhunter. I may not have a lot of proven experience yet, but I had a very good friend of mine who has been at it for 15+ years helping me along. I put down two does last year, and look forward to harvesting my first buck this fall. Here in NC, I'll get my first crack at it on Sept. 8.
