My name is Leighton and I live in Caerphilly , South Wales. UK. I have spent the last few years hanging out on Bow Country until it closed down last year. I have made some wonderful friendships with folks from all over the States and I have been lucky enough to meet some of them. My youngest son Rhys lives in Las Vegas so my wife and I are regular visitors to your shores .We love your country and if we were younger we wouldn't think twice about moving out there. Bow hunting was banned over here in the UK back in the 60's due to a few idiots shooting crossbow bolts into farm animals , so the law abiding bow hunters were all penalized for the acts of a few scumbags ( where have I heard that scenario before ). A few years ago the tree huggers and peta banded together and managed to get hunting with hounds / fox hunting banned over here, I am sure if all the hunting , shooting and fishing communities had got together as one voice we may have been able to stop the ban but unfortunately to many hunters sat on the fence believing it would never happen . I am so glad that the hunting communities in the States are getting their act together and joining forces to combat the threat of the new gun laws that are being forced upon you. Good luck with that.
