Truthfully.. cause that's the kinda guy I am.

I think the show has some AWESOME editing going on.. with some great production as well.

However.. I can do without the dude who "runs" the whole HB deal. Forget the name.

Might as well call the show what it is.. and its all about his face time.

I don't think I've ever seen a more arrogant guy on my television... except maybe T.O.

If they showed more of the other guys involved.. I would be a fan.

It's a good show I love watching it online. However this last episode where the dude in which I believe you are reffering to duke, Jeff shoots a nice buck and makes a good shot. The deer drops but it is a long way back apparently which he explains the following morning so they carry out the stands and equipment and decide to come back the following day to retrieve the buck because they ran out of camera light. It is in the 70's he said and they have to get back to where they are from for a bonfire for his wifes birthday I believe. When he explained all this the following morning sitting behind his buck it did not appear to be field dressed. I asked about it on the bowvidz website HB comment section and wouldn't you know they never approved the question on the comments so it was never even posted. I wasn't trying to break ballz I was just curious as to why that was the decision when it was warm. I enjoy the show but yeah Jeff does take alot of face time. But isn't he or his family the ones that fork over the dough to produce the show? I am sure Michael Hunsucker knows.

Tribal, I saw that same episode and wondered the same thing? He made a good shot and knew the buck was down. I thought he should have dressed it that night instead of letting the meat go to waste. On other shows they retrieve deer in the dark don't they?

I've seen nearly every episode, Jeff seems like a good guy to me. It's the only hunting show I make time to watch.

I like the show watched it last night. Made a crappy shot but he said it was crappy and didn't hide it. As for the deer left out in 70 degree weather I was kind of dumbfounded why they left it until morning. Maybe Mike will explain why.

I've been a fan of the show from the beginning. Very good footage, great production, and excellent editing. As far as Jeff goes, I've met him and we've worked with him a bit and he is a really good guy. Maybe because I have met him I see it differently, but I don't see the "all about him" feeling that some are getting.

Whatever though, it's a good show and it features the Mighty Hunsucker so that makes it worth watching on its own merit.:D

hahaha....Germ, you crack me up. You're a piece of work, you know it!

and Ohio, your supposed to let everyone forget about the gas pump incident! hahaha

As for Jeff leaving the buck overnight...They didn't have their camera light to shoot the recovery and they had packed so much gear back in there that they decided they would come back and get him in the morning. The low was in the low 30s and the meat was fine. We actually ate the backstraps on the grill that weekend. The part where Jeff says "It's like 70 degrees" was just an exaggeration. Unless it was in June i don't think theres any way it was 70 degrees at daybreak...

Hunsucker, you gonna hunt the ND opener again this year?

I'm hoping to make it out there one weekend in September...hopefully it won't be 98 degrees again like last year.

    Hey guys,

Mike just forwarded this to me. First and foremost, we did not let the buck spoil that I shot. It was very cool overnight and we got him early that AM. Processed and ate him just like we do all the game we harvest.

Other than that....all I can say is a huge thank you to those that watch and like the show. We have had a great response this year and are looking forward to making another good run for Season 3.

As for Dukes comment, lets just say I dont go around talking about people I dont know and for all I know, Duke you are probably a great guy.....so I'll decline to respond.

Thanks again for all of you that watch the show and have a great Fall, its not very far away!!

I like the show as well. I have to watch it online though... Even online the video is nice and crisp and I never have to wait on it to load. Looks just like it would on TV :)
