Here is is for all of you who missed it or don't get Sportsman Channel. This episode has been one of my favorite that we have ever put together. Whether you have kids or not, this episode is very touching and shows all the emotion and excitement behind bowhunting. Please share this episode with your friends and family! http://heartlandbowhunter.com/media/ Thanks everyone!
I'll let you pedal your wares here this time Hunsucker. Only because I watched the show and loved it. That kid's a riot. Great show.
I seen it and loved it! It shows why us bowhunters love the sport so much, and to show it through a young man's eyes, was priceless. Great work HB!
Sweet! I've been waiting to see this one. Even my little 4 year old likes to watch this with me. Her favorite episode is the Canadian moose when Sklyer is "freaking out" as she puts it. We have to watch it at least once a week.
That is cool. Heck, I would like to hunt with Clay! He shows more emotion than any of the guys I hunt with now.
It has definitely one of my all time favorite episodes from any show.....That last hunt was just awesome...
That was reality tv! I may just have to buy that dvd for that one hunt when it comes out. Keep up the great work team HB.
Best hunting episode I have ever seen, NOT even close. I'm 26 years old but only been hunting for 3 years and I share his emotions every time I am out in the woods. Shooting a doe brings me to my knees - this is real emotion in this video, thanks for sharing it with us!
Just watches the episode... For the 3rd time. I've showed it to different people when they've come over. Probably my favorite episode from a hunting show... Loved the clip of "she's a hawty!!"
Amazing job guys. I too love your show and have watched it since your first episode. You guys got it figured it out for sure. Such emotion and each episode tells a story with so little words. On a side note. Kids show raw emotion in anything they do. I know things are edited but I'm curious... When Clay shot that first buck with his rifle, did he break down into tears like he did with his first bow buck? From watching the show and making that observation, to me it just goes to show you how much more rewarding it is to kill a deer with a bow. I've been bowhunting since I was 14 and I'm still as deeply passionate as I was the day I killed my first deer. I've never picked up a rifle or shotgun (so i can't compare)when headed to the woods, and never will. I have hunted with others while they have killed deer with a shotgun and rifle though, to each their own, not bashing you if you do, but for me it's all about the challange of getting that close to such an elusive animal! Again, great job guys!!
