    Man i would love to have a 50 deer day, I had had 20 and 30 deer day but not 50. We still have plenty of season left and i believe you will see some bigger bucks, especially with 11 days off!

    Hunted Friday evening & Sunday morning. Passed a a "fair" 8 pointer & had a bruiser @ 11 yards this morning but had 6 does under my stand & I couldn't even grab my bow let alone get off a shot. Saw lots of deer both days. Will be out for the next 7 days straight. Here is a pic of the deer from this morning. image.jpg

    Hunted yesterday morning and had three does come in and feed for an hour. Out of season but doing a quota hunt this weekend for deer and hopefully ill have something to show for it. First deer we've ever seen while hunting.

    Went out yesterday had a really nice buck come running threw chasing some does but kept on running there was no way i was stopping him. I have this whole next week hopefully we can get it done.

    I know people that stopped bucks chasing with snort wheezing, estrous bleats and breeding grunts. Now you have your vacation you can really get on them.

    I Agee. Doing a rifle hunt this weekend with my bow on a quota hunt. Beautiful area with some nice bucks but ill have rifles going off all around me so wish me luck.

    How are the temps like on your hunting land this time of year? I know where i go fishing down in clearwater it should be in the 65-70.

    Went out this past Tuesday, didn't see much movement.
    A couple does off in the distance, they wouldn't come in to range.
    I'll be out again next Tuesday, I hear the rut may be getting started here in Iowa

    Right now its hit and miss with the rutting activity but i have a feeling this weekend it going to kick start the rutting.

    Shot a doe and a nub buck yesterday. will report it tonight or tomorow and put pics up. The rut is seems to be in full swing her in wisconsin have seen a few nice bucks around
