    I'm checking food plots, hanging stands, starting mock scrapes, and checking cameras this weekend. Should have 10k pics or more based on how long of a soak and what I have been getting. Sure to be an exciting Saturday!

    I had a dream last night that we were checking cameras (mind you they've been out since 4th of July) and all I had was one doe picture and a small buck. Nothing else. I hope that isn't a sign of what is really on camera.

    When does everyone's season start?
    What are realistic goals for this season?

    Mine starts first Saturday of October.
    As for goals, I think I should be able to seal the deal on a doe!

    CT opens Sept 15. NY Oct 1. MA Oct 20 I believe.
    Usually, any legal buck in each state is a good season. I generally am good for that and a doe in each place. Last year I had the best season of my life and was lucky enough to shoot 3 nice mature bucks, another buck, and a couple of does... will definitely be tough to ever beat last season.
