My brother in-law is getting married this Saturday in Chicago, so my wife, son, and I are boarding the train in Effingham, IL tomorrow and hitting the city for the weekend. Will anyone else be around Navy Pier Friday during the day? Or just out causing a scene at the local watering holes Friday night? Mother in-law is babysitting after the rehearsal.

Wish I was closer to Chicago. I would love to grab a beer and get to meet you. I work late during the week and can't make it downtown this weekend. Have a great time!

I'm about 35 min from downtown, but I really hate the city. Effingham would have been a different story though!

I'm not far in the burbs but don't think I can make it out there with all the crap going on this weekend.

Im about 3 hours south, so I doubt I could make it lol. I have a suggestion though. No matter how long the line, get some Garrets popcorn. Seriously. I also wouldnt mind if you could bring me back a half baked Giordano's pizza, please and thank you.
