I bought some of the newer Helium Climbing Sticks. I am generally satisfied with them in my few practice sessions using them in the yard. One thing that is proving to be annoying is the suction cup that is used to secure multiple steps to one another. The suction-cupped attached steps are a PIA to separate when they are new. I'm curious to know if someone found a better way of breaking them in, or if they have found it's easier to just not use them.
