Yeah after the ata show they kinda just disappeared I’ve even wrote an email or two to hawk asking about them with no response. Seemed like a killer idea when I first saw them..
Once hawk got bought their customer service went right down hill. I had one of the trail cams that didnt work right (pictures super grainy like REAL BAD) after 3 weeks i was finally able to get ahold of someone and they just kept telling me its my fault its grainy, i dont have it set up right yada yada. sent all the cameras back. i love their tree stands but their customer service is causing me to look around at other tree stands with a mesh seat.
