I am having trouble fletching blazer vanes I have a Bitzenburger right helical and straight clamp I have it
set on zero front and back with the right helical but this does not seem to put much twist in the vanes.

Should I offset the right helical or use the straight clamp offset?:D

And what glue do you use?

When I fletch helical I usually use a 2 degree offset as well. However, blazers in my experience, do not like to be fletched with that much helical. They are two stiff to get full contact. I would recommend a straight clamp and 2 degree right offset.

I might ask why are you putting a helical on blazers?
