Tried to blow out a candle, and failed on the first blow. So you move closer to the jar and blow harder, then feel the burning pain of hot wax all over your face? Eyes were very open...I got lucky, one drop hit my eye lid above my eye, and another in the corner of my eye where eye crust builds up....I mean my friend, not I of course...
I usually just hold my hand over the candle to smother the fire. You get used to the flesh burning smell after a while.
