I'll start. No. So, am I really around the bigger bucks where I hunt? I think I answered my own question. Ha

    For reference.

killed a 172" gross, but that was with a slug gun waaaaay back when, and another 160" slug gun kill from one of our state park hunts ...... Largest bow kill is 152" with several between 125" and that ... got some nice deer on cams, but nothing that would be a true 170" +... seen a few larger on the hoof though ..

I have gotten a bunch of real dandies on camera but I didn't believe any of them to be Boons. I usually get 150s on camera every year but real monsters in NY are a little harder to come by

A 150 is a giant in my book. Ive had maybe a couple come by but with no shot...over a few decades. Ha

Absolutely, that’s why I can make an excellent tag soup ! It’s my motivation to pass bucks all year.

I have when I lived in MO, on private land. A buddy in Sedalia had one prob 180. Possibly 1 of maybe 3 things I miss about the Midwest.

    Casey's pizza, Big bucks and...ummm...err....hmm.
    Maybe 2 things.

    Oh! Great fishing.

I've gotten a handful of them on camera through the years, but I may have only seen 1 or 2 in my life on the hoof while hunting.

Never on cam. I've only ever seen one that size and it was up in the Edmonton Bow Zone. Wasn't hunting at the time though.

I'm not sure what benefit it will be, but I am trying to get one this winter. Personal victory, I guess.

Only 2 for me. 1 was 181" and the other was 203"

The crazy thing was both were during the same year, 2016. Both were shot that year. The 181 i had pics for 2 years. Haven't had anything close since.

I feel its rare any where you live. Public or private.

I remember the pics of that big non-typical you had in velvet, that you ended up killing. Once in a lifetime buck.

I think this is probably the biggest buck I've ever had on trail cam. Jumped him both times I tried to hunt his bed. Never saw him again.

Ok I had to send one from Pa from a couple years back, this one was killed. I almost shot him 3x first week of season but couldn’t seal the deal. I was hunting a 5 acre chunk. Went 190’s
