I dnt like hashtags period. I think its kinda stupid and the reason is people hashtag everything in there life, but i thought this one was actually worth it snd if anyone else wants to join in do just that.

‘If you always take the path of least resistance, someday you will have to give all the resistance.’ #lost30 #loseanother30

See the hashtag seems lame to me....

The purpose of hashtags are to search and filter social media posts. The work better if you use hashtags that are popular. I follow #sickforit on Instagram to see a bunch of bad ass photos of sitka gear by guys all over the country. I can use them to see tailor my social media feed to see what I want to see.

Using hashtags like #Ilost30pounds #Iwanttoloseanother30pounds are terrible hashtags to use because no one is searching or following those hashtags, that is the wrong use of them but people 'break' the rules on purpose because they try to make a statement.

The people who break the rules, so to speak, simply don't understand the purpose of a hashtag. IMO there should be a very short proficiency exam on all social media channels that a person is required to pass before they can use hashtags on their posts. There should also be a character limit.

#bowhuntordie is a pretty good one to follow too. :)

Im all for a character limit on hashtags. You shouldn't need more than say 15 characters in a hashtag.

I thought #METOO was a movement of second-rate actress's to get compensated for their early year's flagrancy ...

And if you’re just a normal guy doing normal things on a normal guy level, you’ve got to hashtag the manufacturer of ever piece of gear, your cooler, and your truck. That way when people look at your insta, they know good and well your on your way to the top and ain’t no basic bro!
