First off what has politics have got to do with correctness?

Serious--- how often are our politicians correct here lately?

How do you feel about the big political correct umbrella all the rights groups seem to carry now days to cover their beliefs, but use to beat you down if you don’t agree with their agenda?

I am not sure about the rest of you, but I am sick of this BS of everyone telling us that this or that is not politically correct!

There are things I believe that I don’t expect other to believe in or condone. BUT I don’t beat them with an umbrella to try and persuade them that my opinion is the right one!

Yes, there is a lot of hypocrisy on both sides of the political spectrum.

In today's society, we are really not allowed to go against what is politically correct. All the special interest groups can force feed us their agenda and we can't disagree with it. If we do, we are labeled as a hater or worse. It's a sad state of affairs.

You can disagree all you want, just be prepared for criticism from the vocal majority when you make your beliefs public.

You mis-phrased that. The "Vocal Minority".

    Nope.

SCFox was complaining about today's society, and in today's society, the majority is probably going to lean with "political correctness", thus "vocal majority".

Last time I checked I was not plural...

I can believe how I want.. but democracy is majority driven ..

Opinions are not swayed by big money , but votes are...

I like what dr ben carson says on the subject. I've posted this speech before abd it's really good.

His views on political correctness are early in the speech.

If you haven't seen the speech, I highly recommend you watch it, especially the first few minutes on pc.

I did notice. I noticed when Dr. Carson talked about the national debt Obama did not even look up. I even noticed myself thinking at the end "Why isn't Dr. Carson running for President?" I also noticed that Obama made no motion to shake his hand after he finished.

I'd vote for him. Michele was clapping and barry was scouling. They don't know what to do when not being pandered to.

Not only does he speak, he does.

His story is an amazing one and he tells it well, with just the right amount of humor.

Yes he is, very intelligent. I saw him a couple times speak on fox (he is a contributer, after this speech) I knew I needed to see and hear more.

I would love to see him run for president.

Sadly, the 'vocal minority' are the only ones allowed to voice their opinions.

They vocal minority is just filled with a lot more fulltime vocals. The majority is just to busy going about their lives to worry about what somebody else says.

The silent majority has long sat quietly while the vocal minority scream for their own way. It's ALMOST funny how those who only listen to the loud minority believe they represent the majority.
