hey, just wondering if anyone has shot their bow like this? i feel like it would be hard to keep your pin on the target and be pulling back hard to get your arrow to fly?? just curious what you guys think of this and if it made you more accurate? thanks.

It definitely works extremely well. Much better than punching the trigger and is a lot more accurate. Also when you do it a lot you do t think about it

Does using back tension increase your accuracy?

i've just started shooting back tension, and i don't think i want to shoot any other way for spots/3d

that said, i plan on incorporating back tension shooting with my normal wrist/trigger release.
