I have been thinking about hunting there for a few years now. A couple of days ago I was talking to a guy who told me that he goes down there bow hunting. His cousin lives about 15 minutes from that area and in his subdivision they have a deer population problem. He says he shot 9 deer last year with his bow. Anyway, does anyone hunt in or around the water gap area? If so, do you like it?
Pretty country! never hunted it, live 3 hours south. I think its a national forest so alot of the general Jersey laws are stricker then down here in the south. It also bear country.
