considering making corned venison brisket, is it worth the effort, seems that maybe not much meet on deer brisket ???
I've not, but as you said not too much to a venison brisket (even less on our smaller southern deer). I might give it a go on a larger cut, like elk...so you have a decent sized brisket to start with?
