    she is part Indian...always barefoot :D ...the other aspect of tile is it can look too commercial for her ...

    We considered that tile, but decided against it. I couldn't understand having tile that looked a little like wood but not really like wood (which describes them pretty well). To my way of thinking, if I want a wood look I use wood and if I want a tile look I use tile.

    Yeah.... try that at my house. I always tell my wife that I know exactly where I stand with her: I rank just below the cats who rank just below the dogs who rank just below the horses. :lol:

    If you can do it radiate floor heat is soooooo amazing.....nothing like warm wood floors to walk barefoot on....and getting out the shower.....forget about it.....super nice

    I would love to....I am starting to tap out tho with this floor and a $2,000 truck repair :throw:

    Yeah, I could only see the wood tile being an advantage in situations where you have heavy traffic and hard use but want the wood look, or in an outdoor setting.

    Thanks. I'll hopefully be posting start to finish thread soon. Just have a few thresh holds left to install. I fugged up the stain and had to redo them. Ah the joys of being a pefectionist. :)

    We went with something a little darker. They didn't have enough in stock at our local store and we were ready to get it down.
