Just thought I'd share a positive customer service story, cuz I have definitely heard A LOT of bad ones.
I have been looking for a replacement rubber string stopper for my string supressor. Pretty simple little part, but I could not find a place to buy one for the life of me. Not at any stores/archery shops, or even on the Bear site. The replacement one I got from MeanV works, but the original one is offset so it its not exactly right. Hard to explain...

Anyway, Bear customer service is great. I emailed them and asked where I could find/buy one, and in less than an hour I got a response saying, "Adam, just email us your mailing address and I'll send you out a few"
    Nice..

Wish I had your guy! I have the same bow, and the same problem. I called them and was told to get my dealer to order them and they wouldn't cost me to much.

By off center do you mean that the string stopper rod is not lined up with the string? Mine is bent to the right a little and doesnt meet the string dead on. The customer service rep said it was fine, but if it bothered me to just bend it back.
