    I like how you put "is/was" :lol:

    It's got a long way to go before it becomes a "was" but it could certainly use a drink that's for sure!

    But to answer your question, it's Imperial Clover from the Whitetail Institute. I've learned that fall plantings are the way to go when planting clover. Planting in the fall will result in some growth for the hunting season, but more importnantly allows it to really establish a strong root system and comes back booming in the spring, as you can tell from my blog here when it was really humping along.

    :D That's what I thought it looked like!..I could tell by how humongous they are. Hopefully it gets better; we're finally getting some more rain recently though.. I'm planning on planting some Imperial Clover in the next couple weeks; hope the rain keeps comin'!
