As you can see the tree has a slightly and if you can tell and my stand is pretty sturdy it doesn't wobble but it is at a slight angle to the left it's slightly angled my uncle and many people have told me it should be safe just throw an extra ratchet strap on the bottom of the stand... opinions?

Looks like you should be fine. Never been in a perfectly straight tree.

Looks like it is leaning a tad toward the camera, but not enough that I'd have issue climbing into that stand based on the picture.

You will be fine. I sat in a crooked leaned to the lest tree in my climber today. I got to about 22 feet or so and said ahh the heck with it. It happens every so often. I would rather be a little crooked and in the right tree the. Be nice and flat in the wrong tree.

I've got a stand in a tree almost identical to that and have been fine last 3 seasons. I'd say you'd be fine, but ultimately your the one that has to feel safe, so if you have not issue I'd sat got for it.
