Im new to bowhunting and am waffling over whether to get a climber or hangon with climbing sticks. In northern wi a climber would be great, not sure about Northern Illinois though

    Stands

In my many years of deer hunting I have a large array of stands in and outside of my garage. So I would think am I going to leave the stand or not in the woods.A climber is easy to carry in and take out both hands are free so you can carry your bow with one hand and push brush with the other. Now a Loc-on with climbing sticks it can be a little cumbersum. So what I do is take my Loc-ons in early and leave for the season, and my climber is for that stop and go hunting.Hope this helps.
