We sat down and talked all things Bowhunting.com, Bowhunt Or Doe and The Pinch Point. Also had a hot topics commentary at the end. I’m sure you guys will enjoy! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Watching it now. Ha! Loved the forum commentary and talking about letting deer grow by never having them close enough to kill. Lol. Been watching your content more lately. Appreciate it.
Ironically, it’s what reminded me about how long it’s been since I’ve been on here. It was a great episode… actually inclined to say my favorite of yours. Have to laugh at some of the out of stater comments re:Ohio. I’ve hunted there on and off for 15yrs (lots of public and some private). Bought a piece last year in SEOH and feel I’m the only conservation minded person or serious hunter in the county (with the locals trashing things in the name of “out of staters”).
The whole drone topic is pretty eye opening. Might as well just buy a deer in a fence and go shoot it. The slob terminology was right on! There’s a slob shooter and then there’s a hunter. Nice podcast.
Finishing up listening to it. Liked the throwback talk so much, I logged back in here to comment. I didn't even know Steve McBee was "famous." That's funny. Nicely done, gentleman.
He must have been a teenager when he was posting here? That was easily a decade ago. But yeah, he was on "Joe Millionaire" on Fox.
The talk about all the former members and/or OGs was awesome - I started having so many others come to mind and I found myself exploring facebook for many of them even.
Glad I could spark a flame. I enjoyed the reminiscing too, I thought of a bunch of stuff afterwards as well. I’ll pester him to come back next year and do it again! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kinda came outta nowhere for me too, was friends on insta/Facebook and Snapchat and then one day he was on TV commercials at work. Talk about a rabbit hole. Steven McBee you still around? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hell yeah! That’s good stuff. Fortunately I got to 1 GTG. I say we bring it back Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Oddly enough, his name is Jeff, not Matt. GMMAT was his screenname, which stood for "God Make My Arrow True" if memory serves. Although I'm pretty sure we all called him "Gee Matt" in our minds when reading his handle.
Yeah I literally knew him as Gmatt and that was as far as I took it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We have had some real characters on this website. The guy that hunted from no less than 30 feet high every hunt and married an 18 yr old girl at like 55 years old was a wild dude. Hahaha.
