Went out this morning didn't see a dang thing but gonna go to a better property tonight. I think my chances will be much greater at the other property this evening.

Saw two little bucks. 1 fork horn and a little 9. Both were on their feet between 7:30-8. Nothing after that though.

7 deer, 3 were bucks, 2 spike & a basket 7. He was around me for over an hour. Much of the time around 15-20 yds. I shot a doe.

Virginia must be quiet today... I didn't see a darn thing.

I was at C.F. Phelps WMA and in my stand by 5:30 am. Heard what sounded like a couple of does before it was light enough to see anything, but nothing after that. Didn't even jump any when I tried stalking back through the bedding grounds (and th beds weren't fresh -- maybe all the rain we had this week changed their behavior significantly?) Didn't see anyone loading any deer into their trucks, either.
