Me and and a co worker have been wanting to shoot togethere for awhile and we finally made plans come together. I had planned a shoot about 2 hrs from home at a range I had never been. He had a buddy cancle and I had a buddy cancle so it was just us two. Training wheels and a Trad shooter :moose: I decided to leave the binos in the Jeep and just have fun today not getting to serious. It showed on my score but I KILLED alot of targets. 17 of the 30 targets, I scored 8's and most were 1/8" - 1" out of the 10 ring because I couldnt glass the targets in the dim lit woods, still lung hits but hey! We had a blast and even had another Trad shooter join us all the way through.
Got to stretch the Z7x's legs finally. Im impressed with it and cant wait to kill something this season.

Was it a personal course? If not, where is it?

Hey thanks! Just didn't know if it was a couple 3D targets you guys had amoungst yourselves and put in the woods.
I think I know what place you're talking about. Some guys from work go to that one.

    Dan,,

You been working out this summer...looking a bit buff...getting ready to drag out that big buck I suppose.

Sounds like you had a great time. "Sweet 16" aka "Hoyt 16", also "Extreme 16" and I have been busy shooting as well at the tagets in our woods. It's a blast every time and a great distraction from everything else. His Extreme is now sighted in and he can't wait for the big day and moment when he puts down another buck.

    Hope all is well.

lmao,,,this was about 3-d but since its been brought up,,,TT , Yeah I have been hitin the Iron alot more since the first of the year since getting awy from the swing shifts and going to a real gym now. Im eating like a Horse!
rednas,,,im afraid to measure but I think im over the 17 hump now. I was stuck at 16.5 forever but things have really changed since the first of the year.. Now back on topic,,its amazing how not knowing where the rings are on the targets from not glassing can really affect scoring. Believe it or not im thinking about taking the recurve with my bud and his 6 other buds that all shoot Trad,,just for fun of course, I love my Compounds!
