Any of you guys have any experience with the GWW lined vest? I'm torn between wool and wolfskin. I'm leaning more towards the wolfskin because wool is harder to take care of.

I have lots of Wolfskin. I don't have any of GWW's wool, but I own a LOT of other wool products. I would pick wolfskin every time over wool as an outer layer. Just MHO.

With that said, I've got a long sleeve button up the front wool shirt, and it's really a fantastic layering garment.

I guess it all depends on what you're doing with it. If you're strictly layering and looking for warmth - go with the wool. If there's any chance you'll wear it to/from stand or as an outer layer go with Wolfskin. If for nothing else, do it for the burrs!
